As the Managing Director of Lucknow Metro, he achieved unprecedented milestones, including the rapid implementation of the metro system in Lucknow and Kanpur, setting world records for speedy project completion.

On July 15, 2022, Mr. Keshav assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Deutsche Bahn RRTS Operations India Private Limited, a German company tasked with operating and maintaining India's first Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS). This ambitious project, connecting Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Meerut over 82 kilometers with 25 stations and two depots, is set to revolutionize the region's commuter experience.
