Mumbai, India (Urban Transport News): The major infrastructure firm Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) recently L&T visited over 100 colleges for Graduate/Post Graduate/Junior Engineering Trainee (GET/PGET/JET) recruitment and has hired more than 1,100 technical trainees.
According to L&T, the acquired pool of talent will be deployed in critical roles like business development, strategy, design, contract management, project, and construction management, among others.
In September 2019, L&T had started its annual recruitment program and the shortlisted students joined in July 2020. For 2021, the company onboarded over 1,100 technical trainees and for 2022, the recruitment process will start in September on the basis of the company’s business requirement.
The campus recruitment team also launched the “GRACE (Get Ready for an Awesome Career in Engineering)” initiative for selected candidates in addition to the entire process being conducted digitally.
