Noida, India (Urban Transport News): Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRCL) has re-invited tender of the construction of an elevated corridor under the extension plan of 29.7 km Noida-Greater Noida Aqua Line in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Scope of Work
Contract NGNC-01: Part Design and Construction of Elevated Viaduct and 5 elevated stations viz NOIDA SEC -122, NOIDA SEC-123 GR. NOIDA SEC-4 ECOTECH-12 GR NOIDA SEC-2 (excluding Architectural finishing Works and PEB works of stations) from Chainage 0.00 m to Chainage 9605 m of Noida -Greater Noida Metro Rail Project.
Key Information
This tender was originally published in May 2020 and cancelled in July 2020 due to non-receipt of sufficient bids. However, in the revised tender notice NMRC has also increased the estimated value of work from Rs 430.69 crore to Rs 491.99 crore and the completion period from 20 months to 24 months.
A total of three bidders viz. NCC Ltd., Sam (India) Builtwell Pvt. Ltd. and Shrisay Infotech had submitted their bids. However, Shrisay Infotech was found as a non-construction firm.
