Maha Metro notifies job vacancies for Supervisory and Non-supervisory posts

Nagpur, India (Urban Transport News): Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (Maha Metro) on 8th December 2020 has issued recruitment notifications for the recruitment of various supervisory and non-supervisory positions in the Pune Metro Rail project. Here are the vacancy details:-

Supervisory Posts

• Station Controller/Train Operator/Train Controller: 56 posts
• Section Engineer (Electrical): 4 posts
• Section Engineer (IT): 1 post
• Section Engineer (Electronics): 5 posts
• Section Engineer (Mechanical): 1 post
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): 8 posts
• Junior Engineer (Electronics): 3 posts
• Junior Engineer (Mechanical): 6 posts
• Junior Engineer (Civil): 2 posts

Non-Supervisory Posts

• Technician (Electrical): 23 posts
• Technician (Fitter): 13 posts
• Technician (Civil): 2 posts
• Technician (Electronics): 13 posts
• Technician (AC & Refrigeration): 2 posts

Eligibility Criteria

• For Supervisory Posts: Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) for Section Engineers and Diploma in Engineering for SC/TO and Junior Engineers.
• For Non-Supervisory Posts: ITI in respective Trade.

Pay-Scales

• Section Engineer: Rs 40,000 - 1,25,000 (IDA)
• Station Controller/Train Operator/Train: Rs 33,000 - 1,00,000 (IDA)
• Junior Engineer: Rs 33,000 - 1,00,000 (IDA)
• Technician: Rs 20,000 - 60,000 (IDA)

Age Limit

• Supervisory Posts: 18 - 28 years
• Non-supervisory posts: 18 - 25 years

Application Fees

• Rs 400: For Unreserved (General/OBC) candidates
• Rs 150: For SC/ST and Women candidates
