Kanpur Metro: The Kanpur Metro is an under-construction rail-based mass transit project under which two metro corridors proposed for the city of Kanpur and extendable to the Kanpur Metropolitan Area. The construction work of Kanpur Metro is started from 15th November 2019. The estimated cost of phase I of Kanpur Metro is Rs 11076.48 crores with the time limit of 5 years in construction. The project is being funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB) apart from the Government of India (GoI) and the Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP).
Agra Metro: The Agra Metro is a proposed rail-based mass transit project in the city of Taj, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. Under the project, a 30-km long metro rail system will be constructed to run the Metro Rail system in two corridors. The estimated cost of the Agra Metro project is Rs 8379.62 crore. The construction work of the project not yet started as the project is facing in receiving mandatory clearance from some authorities. The Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (Maha Metro) is using BIM Technology in its Digital Project Management System for Nagpur and Pune Metro Rail projects.
