New Delhi, India (Urban Transport News): The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) on 29th January 2020 had invited global bids under the contract package-19 (electrification contract) for supply and installation of electrical equipments for the 82.15 km Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor in India. NCRTC has opned Technical bids on 30th June 2020 through online procurement portal of Govt. of India. As per the information revealed, a total of 7 bidders have participated in this global tender called for electrification works. The tender was invited in two lots under the Contract Package-19.
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Receiving Sub Stations [including 25 kV AC Traction cum 33 kV Auxiliary Main Sub Stations], Extra High Voltage & High Voltage Cabling, 25 KV Overhead Equipment (FOCS/ROCS), Auxiliary Power Supply [including Auxiliary Sub Stations], Operation Control Centre and Associated Works on Viaduct & Tunnel from Sarai Kale Khan to Duhai (EPE) [including Jangpura Stabling Yard and Duhai Depot] and SCADA System for Complete Corridor of Delhi–Ghaziabad–Meerut RRTS Corridor of NCRTC. The financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids submitted by the bidders against each lot of contract package-19.
