SAM India to built multi-stories staff quarters for NCRTC's RRTS project officials

New Delhi, India (Urban Transport News): The National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC) on 18th September 2020 opened the financial bids of civil contract package 9A which was floated for the construction of a multi-stories residential complex for the RRTS project officials.

As per the financial bid result announced by NCRTC, SAM India Builtwell Private Limited has been emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) among the other six contenders. The financial position of all participants/bidders are as under:

  • SAM (India) Builtwell: Rs 270.68 Crore (L1)
  • Nagarjun Construction Company (NCC): Rs 283.14 Crore (L2)
  • JMC Projects (India): Rs 287.79 Crore (L3)
  • YFC Projects: Rs 297.79 Crore (L4)
  • Ahluwalia Contract (India): Rs 300.86 Crore (L5)
  • Capacite Infraprojects: Rs 316.57 Crore (L6)
  • Shapoorji Pallonji and Company: Rs 342.37 Crore (L7)

The tender (DM/CN/COR-OF/111) was notified in April and the technical bids were opened in July 2020. The estimated value of this contract was Rs 293.14 Crores.

The scope of work includes the Construction of Multistoried Staff Quarters and connectivity from Mathura Road to Jangpura Stabling Yard Complex for Delhi – Ghaziabad – Meerut RRTS Corridor.

As per the tender notice, the work is expected to be completed in 30 months.
