Patna, India (Urban Transport News): After the opening of technical bids received against the contract package PE-02 for electrical & mechanical systems for the Patna Metro Rail project, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) has unveiled the names of participants today.
The tender for this contract package was invited in December last year. The following bidders have submitted their bids:
The scope of work includes Design Verification, Detail Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Fire detection, Fire suppression system and DG sets of Corridor-1 and Corridor-2 Elevated stations and Depot of Patna Metro Rail Project. The estimated value of this contract is Rs 90.82 crores.
This is the second system contract for the project. The first contract package PE-01 for RSS & TSS electrification work was invited in September 2020 with an estimated value of Rs 116.74 crore. A total of six firms have submitted their bids. However, financial bids not yet opened.
