Harshkumar Bajpeyee takes charge of new Managing Director of Schwihag India

Harshkumar Bajpeyee has joined as Managing Director India for Schwihag India Pvt. Limited headquarter at Tägerwilen, Switzerland. He is an industrial engineer with additional qualification in business management, exports management, supply chain management.

Prior to his posting at Schwihag India, Harsh has served metro rolling stock manufacturing companies like CRRC, Bombardier also companies like ABB, Suzlon Energy and Pix Transmissions in various senior roles, supporting manufacturing, operational excellence, supply chain optimisation, new supplier development, project management, customer relationship management, bid support, financial budgeting and business development strategies.

He has delivered many benchmark results not limited to improving productivity multi fold, delivering 36 metro coaches (6 Metro train sets) in a month. Also engaged in supporting India authorities to make changes to the policies to improve Indian exports.

In his new role Harshkumar will lead India region and will take proven and world class Schwihag rail track and switch technology products to the major metros, high speed and Indian Railways. Together with his team, he will build a strong and lean supply chain to address Government of India top initiative of “Make in India“.
